This website introduces Cut To Reach’s video-clipping service. Its email link opens your email application. It has no public upload form or payment checkout. Private recording transfers are arranged by invitation at files.cuttoreach.com.
We use the name, email address, business details, links, and notes you send to respond to your inquiry and arrange the service you request. Please send only information needed for that purpose. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Business email is handled through Google Workspace. Resend may deliver requested service messages. This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare; hosting providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. This page contains no advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
We confirm suitability and provide a private, expiring link before accepting a recording. Uploading requires confirmation that you own the recording or have permission to share it and authorize processing for your requested private sample. Do not upload confidential or sensitive footage. Public availability of a video is not permission to use it.
Source recordings and reviewed samples are stored privately using Cloudflare R2 and retrieved by our local processing computer. The file service does not expose our local dashboard or n8n. Invitation links and download links grant access to their specific file; keep them private. We do not publish your recording or sample without separate permission.
Private links expire within seven days. Cloud copies are scheduled for removal after seven days, and incomplete cloud uploads are scheduled for cancellation after seven days. Lifecycle removal may not occur at the exact expiry time. Local working copies may remain while we handle processing, review, revisions and follow-up; cloud expiration does not delete local copies. We retain inquiry correspondence while handling your request and any resulting customer relationship.
